Update company database: Maintain Opportunities database and update marketing information for projects.Prepare responses to Request for Qualifications (RFQs) including the creation of project lists, resumes, and other marketing material.Collaborate on the production of the internal company newsletter.Plan and create social media content.Assist with graphics, writing, and proofreading.Assist in the coordination of firm special events.Support the Marketing Director with other tasks, as required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Possesses strong attention to detail.Demonstrates self-initiative and a positive team attitude.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively in both written and verbal communication.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Familiarity with and experience in Adobe InDesign, preferred.Education and Experience
Associate’s Degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area of study.One to three (1-3)
