Bachelor's degree or higher in design or related field
10+ years of experience in user experience design, digital product/service design, or other forms of human-centered design
Willing to travel as needed for client visits and meetings
Understanding of UI frameworks for native and web development, SIGINT domain knowledge (3+)
Familiarity with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems or related systems used by DoD and Intelligence Communities (IC)
Deep knowledge of latest trends in user experience and visual design for web and mobile
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal communication and writing skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Qualifications that are nice to have
Experience using Sketch, Zeplin, Axure, Jira/Confluence
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Design examples that demonstrate strong design thinking skills, expert visual design and craftsmanship
Experience working with SCRUM and Agile processes
Familiarity with Statistical Data Analysis tools, processes, and artifacts
Responsibilities
You will be working together with team leads, developers, and business analysts to guide the user experience of our application through its rapid evolution.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and user goals into requirements.
You will produce workflows, UI Requirements wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and any other related artifacts to support the design and development of web applications for our DoD and IC customers.
You will rapidly iterate design concepts based on feedback from team and stakeholders while collaborating with developers while working in Scrum teams.
Conduct user research to understand customers' needs, validate assumptions, and drive design decisions.
Design and deliver workflows, wireframes, user stories, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on specs from Product Management.
Drive the design process through ideation, research, prototyping, and expert visual design.
Follow a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Design and produce a wide range of assets for engineering.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $104,200-$229,200.
