In This Role, You Will
Utilize strong interaction and visual design skills to create exceptional products and elevate the overall design experience.Plan and implement strategies to ensure design work drives customer value and meets business goals.Document final designs, adjust design systems, and collaborate with marketing to produce consumer-facing experiences.Identify areas for improvement in processes, products, or culture and lead or influence necessary changes.

The Ideal Candidate
7 years of direct experience designing user interfaces for web, software, and/or hardware products.Ability to synthesize product specifications and generate related design specifications/design briefs.Proficiency in creating graphic templates, presentations, process flows, wireframes, and other design artifacts.In-depth knowledge of standard design principles: color, typography, layout, brand.Strong communication and project management skills.Experience with web technologies (HTML and CSS).
