Recommend and manage marketing tactics and campaigns (and respective vendors) to drive lead generationMarket individual properties daily and weekly as neededMake site visits to take pictures, go to Facebook Live, interact with clients, and solicit videos for customer testimonialsSupport the sales team with sales enablement toolsSpearhead the development and maintenance of marketing collateralUphold the brand image across the team and externally across all mediumsManage various marketing vendors including ad agencies, webmasters, photographers, etc.Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunitiesWrite social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goalsHelp marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plansOversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent informationRun our social media accounts and return messages to inquiriesQualifications
