As a Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Enablement you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Marketing & eCommerce (MEC) team reporting to Sr Manager, Marketing & eCommerce Enablement, you will work on projects including developing and executing on processes, projects and resources that empower on-property marketing teams to excel in the marketing discipline, including creation and planning of all training and development opportunities for the Managed portfolio.

This includes Email distribution management, upkeep of internal training resources, managed-specific communications liaison, and leading on-property monthly marketing meetings.How You Will Collaborate With OthersCreate an entrepreneurial team culture for the on-property Managed Marketing leaders through various touchpoints and vehicles.Development and upkeep of New Hire Onboarding & Exit processes including resources, meetings, and communications for U.S. and CALA on-property managed marketing leaders.Collaborate with Managed Strategy team to support education, communication and resources for on-property marketing leaders.Support the Americas Marketing Enablement team in developing and implementing training programs and materials to increase the marketing knowledge of on-property team members.Support Marketing 101 Trainings for all Americas hotels along with other live webinars for Americas on-property team members.What Projects You Will Take Ownership OfLeads and develops all managed on-property marketing onboarding & training processes.Coordinates the content / presentations for managed marketing connection meetings, including but not limited to Marketing Connect Calls, Leadership Forum Calls, and All-Hotel Calls.Coordinates planning and execution of Annual Managed Marketing Summit.Development of Scalable Resources / guidance Specific to Managed Properties in the Americas.Produce innovative training and e-learning materials for Americas Marketing and on-property team members.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou Have These Minimum QualificationsFive (5) years of professional experience.Professional experience creating visually appealing content in Microsoft PowerPoint.Experience using storytelling and facilitation skills to lead meetings.Travel up to 15%.It Would Be Useful If You HaveExperience in corporate learning, development, or training.Hotel marketing knowledge.What It Is Like Working For HiltonThe future of hospitality is bright at Hilton: a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
