How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Advanced degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human Behavior, Analytics, or related fieldExperience with data-driven solutions in healthcare settingsStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent storytelling skillsMentoring experience in enhancing UX understanding within teams
