Summary:
The Manager for B2B Memory Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading the go-to-market planning and integrated marketing planning supporting Samsung Memory (Portable SSD, Internal SSD, Memory Card) enterprise business across key strategic verticals, products and solutions with a full campaign plan, execution and reporting functions.
The Manager will work as a partner with our direct sales team and product leads to identify priority markets and customer segments, understand the addressable market opportunity with market share potential for the products and solutions, develop marketing and sales strategies and campaigns with metrics (MQLs, SQLs, SAL, BOs) and reporting coupled with enablement plans to drive Samsung revenue and market share growth.
This role will require strong leadership and project management skills to work with the team to develop integrated campaigns and plans that can include activities such as ABM, digital marketing, content creation, CRM, trade shows, advertising, social campaign, enablement and PR.
This role will monitor and manage metrics associated with campaigns demonstrating ROI, identifying data and analytics that can be used in refining campaigns, developing new campaigns and enabling the sellers with marketing intelligence to better target and respond to customer engagement with a goal of improving close rates and reducing the sales cycle. In addition, this role will manage budgets and policies and provide executive summaries demonstrating campaign progress and success against metrics.
This person has to be passionate not just about B2B and Samsung, but also about market trending technology and other present and upcoming business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with our direct sales/account teams and product leads to identify priority markets and customer segments
Identify key customer targets, understand buyers’ habits/needs in order to develop comprehensive marketing plans to generate marketing qualified leads
Develop marketing and sales strategies and campaigns with metrics (MQLs, SQLs, SAL, BOs) and reporting, to drive revenue and market share growth
Develop and secure budgets that support execution of the strategy
Manage marketing campaigns to support verticals, product launches and solutions
Manage campaigns, events, programs and materials for specific customer markets
Provide content, promotional materials, press releases, and product information (datasheets, brochures, etc) working with agencies and other teams in the business
Develop marketing dashboard with B2B analytics including marketing qualified leads, funnel management and win analysis
Create the annual budget for Marketing initiatives connected with the role
Manage the budget from approval to performance tracking with the appropriate ROI metrics
Background/Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of directly related experience is required.
MBA preferred
Prior experience in marketing, product marketing and project management required.
Prior experience in B2B marketing required
Experience working with partners on joint GTM plans, product launches and verticals
Demonstrated strategic planning and execution skills
Must be able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present marketing data, analytics, dashboards and reporting materials.
Detail-oriented and organized
Must have experience with Microsoft Office and extensive use of Windows OS. Excellent dominion of PowerPoint and Excel required.
Team oriented – desire to be a part of and contribute to a high performance culture
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
