You will lead projects and work within them to own and hone our voice, style, and brand as Associate Creative Director.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will deliver concepts and messaging for impactful advertising campaigns that excite golfers, drive sales, and grow brand loyalty. You will work in all mediums, including TV broadcast, print, web, and digital, as a multifunctional leader and contributor. You will be an integral part of shaping and creating our brand voices. You will also dive deep into every product story, developing the ins and outs of how we communicate features and benefits across the catalog.
You aren’t just a leader but also a doer. You can roll up your sleeves to get work done and effectively delegate to both in-house and third-party teams.
Your must-haves will include strategic thinking, conceptual competency, strong writing sensibilities, and a high level of craftsmanship across all media, including video, web, digital, and print. You must be hands-on when it comes to delivering extraordinary work and mentoring teams to do the same. You must be comfortable writing long-form catalogs and articles, as well as short-form advertising for web and broadcast.
You will collaborate with our Creative Director, Copywriters, and Art Director, while fielding feedback from senior leaders, executives, and department colleagues. You will also work closely with third-party production partners, playing a key role in planning and executing large-scale video productions for our various brands and campaigns.
You must possess the ability to tackle novel challenges, both with and without precedent or structure. You should also have informed opinions on processes, time budgeting, and resource allocation for complex creative projects. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, project management, and problem recognition, avoidance, and resolution skills are critical.
You should also be comfortable presenting and defending work amongst stakeholders. With experience and intuition, you know how to find consensus without sacrificing quality or effectiveness.

What You’ll Do
Team up with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Creative Teams to guide and craft our advertising, branding, and product messaging.
Guide conceptualization and copywriting for advertising, websites, print ads, and catalogs that is unique, cohesive, and strategically aligned with our business objectives.
Lead teams of writers, designers, video editors, and other creatives, both inside and outside the organization.
Write and produce effective content for broadcast, print, and digital media, engaging a range of audiences across our family of brands.
Play a key role in the pre-production, production, and post-production phases of our large-scale photo and video shoots, operating as both Client and Creative.
Shepherd projects from initiation to completion, championing creative best practices while comfortably switching between teams, mediums, and brands.
Cement partnerships across marketing, design, and production teams to develop cohesive multichannel campaigns with insights and sign-off from all stakeholders.
What You Bring
7+ years creative leadership experience working in-house or at an agency with demonstrated product marketing and branding expertise.
Proven experience concepting, writing, and producing highly effective advertising in broadcast and print.
A deep understanding of brands, branding, voice, and tone, with the flexibility to work within contrasting styles of each.
A background in copywriting, both conceptual and product-focused.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to rally teams around ideas, execute visions, and meet deadlines.
A passion for creative excellence and boundary pushing that’s tempered by careful monitoring of scope, capabilities, timelines, and budgets.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and switch between them regularly.
An aptitude for operating amidst ambiguity with proactiveness, open communication, and solutions-oriented approaches.
Occasional travel for on-site productions.
