WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Liberated Global Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing fresh and innovative graphics as well as relevant and volume driving concepts on a seasonal basis. The Global Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization and creation of artwork for multiple brands that merchandise across all product categories.
Collaborate with the Creative Director on establishing key seasonal graphic stories and trends.Responsible for analyzing trends and develop creative, innovative, market leading graphics, within defined merchandising conceptsDesign and create graphics for multiple brands under the Liberated umbrella primarily related to t-shirtsAbility to define graphic direction and print creation if needed for multiple brandsCreate and provide all graphic assets needed for cut & sew categoriesPresent all seasonal cad presentations, collaborate with Sales on feedback/needs, along with cross functional design partners for other categoriesInspiration > Creation > Tech > BOM > Follow up comments in our PLM systemWork with brand merchants to ensure alignment across categories/channels, while capitalizing on key market trends to identify new / brand right opportunitiesHave an in-depth knowledge of market, trends, innovation, competition, and product, specifically related to graphic design directionEnsure products are delivered in time and aligned with the broader product development calendarManage time and action calendar for assigned brands to meet all deadlinesProducts delivered built in full, on time seasonally, hitting calendar and margin targetsCultivate your continued passion for art and graphic designCreate seasonal color cards for the design team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
4+ years’ experience in graphic designPortfolio or website submission when applyingDetailed experience in screen printing process, application and techniquesDegree in graphic design or equivalent work experienceCreative, extremely detail oriented, and highly motivated team playerIncredible attention to detail and highly organizedDeadline drivenFlexible, ability to adapt to changeAdvanced ability with Mac OSAdvanced ability with Adobe Illustrator / PhotoshopIntermediate ability with Word, Excel, OutlookIntermediate ability with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)Passion for art, design and cultural trendsThis position requires full time hours out of our Costa Mesa location

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $85,000- $100,000. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
