Reporting to the Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will assist in planning and execution of a coordinated mix of marketing programs to create and accelerate leads and sales on a per partner basis.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive partner marketing support materials and packages aimed at driving partner-generated leads (B2B2C) including but not limited to: email templates, flyers, postcards, content calendars, social media.Support the development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns for prospective partners (B2B) including but not limited to: email, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, events/conferences.Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the development of thought-leadership content.Manage campaign timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and streamlining approval processes for efficient campaign execution.Assist in guiding creative direction for various online channels to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with digital, partner, and product marketing teams to identify partner product offerings and technical requirements for marketing automation functionality.Research and share industry trends with the team to improve efficiency and provide creative solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment.Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with successful execution.Ability to advise and influence stakeholders and business partners.Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.Self-motivated with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.General knowledge of marketing tools and programs.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Department: MarketingRequired Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experienceRequired Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
