This position will be responsible for the design of a variety of projects including public and private civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate shall be expected to work in a design team setting and efficiently prepare detailed design drawings and submittals.POSITION DUTIES:Produce and edit detailed drawings, site plans, plan & sections, plan & profiles and various civil details based on direction provided by multi-disciplined design engineers.Design of transportation, residential and commercial projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation/Openroads.Prepare detailed design drawings, including plan and processes for multi-disciplined subsurface utility projects.REQUIREMENTS:5 or more years of experience in producing detailed civil engineering drawings for public water, wastewater, storm water and roadway infrastructure system projects.3 or more years of experience developing detailed design drawings for Civil/Land Development projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/Openroads.Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.Deadline and detail-oriented.Ability to work in a team environment.Strong written, verbal, computer and organizational skills.Baxter & Woodman is an equal opportunity - affirmative action – M/F/Vet/Disability employer
