Job DescriptionThe Senior Marketing Specialist / Resident Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager is responsible for assuring the marketing standards and promotional planning is in place for the account portfolio. This includes assisting in managing the promotion of new food concepts and seasonal ideas and supporting new business openings in the region for exposure to the corporate initiatives.
A background in Food Service is preferred as you will be supporting FLIK's Food Service Sector at multiple local accounts.The Marketing Manager will work closely with the corporate marketing department to ensure revenue, customer satisfaction and FLIK marketing/merchandising goals are met.Position Responsibilities:Help support operators in their monthly marketing through site visitations and account reviewsAnalyze and report on progress achieved on defined communications strategies and objectivesAssist operators with merchandising efforts across various marketing channels and physical outlets to showcase our hospitality offerings effectivelyDevelop quarterly marketing review and results slides for quarterly business reviewsIssue quarterly reports that summarize the efforts of marketing initiativesEnsure that all marketing materials, displays, and promotional activities maintain a consistent and polished appearance, aligning with our brand standards and valuesHelp develop strategies for promotions by working with the operators to increase revenueCoordinate and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and customer engagementWork closely with Compass IT to help manage content on external customer facing web-sites and technology solutionsWork closely with the Regional Marketing Manager for ongoing seasonal marketing promotionsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of Marketing and/or Hospitality Experience
