Creates, writes, and edits publications to include manuals, standards and procedures, videos, eLearning, and related materials. Works as a resource in writing, developing, and maintaining business, technical, and training materials.Responsibilities:Develop written content (standard operating procedures, manuals, quick guides) using work processing software to support operational business policies, procedures, and processes.Create digital content (graphics, videos, voice over demos, animations) to support delivery of training via multiple Learning Management Systems (LMSs).Develop, publish, and deploy training materials using eLearning software per established corporate standards with respect to order, style, terminology, and quality.Adhere to and uphold stringent company-specific documentation standards and requirements with regard to format, style, & terminology.Review existing publications and recommend revisions, changes, and/or enhancements in approach, scope, and format.Maintain Documentation Management System and other tools utilized to create and maintain corporate/department level documentation.Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand and present technical materials.Coordinate multiple projects at a time and meet schedule and deadlines set forth.Performance other related duties as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with major in Education, Graphic Design, or English preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructional designer, technical writer, graphic designer, content creator, teacher, or equivalent.Excellent English writing and oral communication skills which will include editing skills, including attention to detail and organization.Proven ability to listen, reflect, summarize, and communicate technical information succinctly.Must be able to utilize word processing software to produce timely and thorough written publications.Experience utilizing design software to produce quality and engaging learning content.Keen understanding of principles in technical writing, teaching, eLearning, user experience, and other related procedures.Self-starter with ability to work alone, problem solve, handle multiple projects, identify priorities, and manage time-sensitive projects.Working Conditions:Position is onsite in an air-conditioned office environment. Occasional travel to other company locations may be needed.Standard work hours are typical with additional time commitment as needed based on deadlines.
