Job SummaryAt HdL, marketing is about understanding our clients and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Objective of this RoleContinue to mature HdL’s brand recognition and cement our position as the market leader to support lead generation activities.Work with the Sales Executives to maintain the appropriate ratio of content development, content promotion, analytic review, and management.Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Job ResponsibilitiesRecruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.Oversees the daily workflow of the department.Leads and manages the marketing team and represents marketing to other departments within HdL.Creates and delivers on-demand and lead generation activities, conversion and nurture programs, and marketing campaigns that provide measurable improvement for top-line growth.Strategically integrates and leverages demand generation tactics and tools, including email, webinars, events, social media, and SEO.Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.Helps develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.Conceptualizes and executes on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.Manages content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishes budget guidelines, participates in events, documents business processes, and provides sales support.Presents ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicates with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications+5 years experience leading successful marketing organizations.Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.Ability to overcome objections and effectively articulate a business message.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Ability to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

CompensationThe starting base salary for this Brea, CA position is expected to be between $102,000.00 to $127,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant), and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
