We welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a proven track record of success.ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and client-facing communication.Coordinate “existing client” marketing campaigns and client care, launching new client relationship projects.Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events, such as seminars, webinars, and community outreach programs.Administer digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and internal goals.Manage and coordinate vendor relationships.Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization.Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans.Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience.Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written.Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Previous experience in marketing or a related field is a plus, but it is not required.You must submit a resume and cover letter to be considered.The position is in Charles Town, WV.
