An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Civil Designer to join our Civil Infrastructure team based in either our Auckland or Wellington offices. This role will include, but not be limited to, the following:
In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Assist with translating conceptual designs into detailed designs and drawingsUsing 3D modelling software in the design of roadways, earthworks, three water networks, erosion and sediment control measures and general site grading. Expertise in 12D modelling software would also be of benefit.Preparation and documentation of technical drawings (CAD)Preparation of specificationsSite inspectionsAssisting in the technical development of modelling standards and protocols, with the opportunity to participate in ongoing testing and integration of new digital design tools.Engaging with contractors and suppliers.If you are passionate about working on diverse projects that change communities for the better, then this is a role for you!Duties
