Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
3+ years professional experience within a Content role within the software, technology or B2B space
Experience with creating content of various forms (long-form, short-form) on various channels (social media, white papers, website, etc)
Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Must have a portfolio to be considered for the role
Responsibilities
This person will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the content strategy across the business
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment with product messaging and business objectives
Create high-quality, engaging long and short-form content for various channels, including case studies, testimonials, videos, ebooks, social media and more
Manage and oversee the content creation process, from ideation to publication, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice
Work closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather insights and information for content development
Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize content for search engines
Develop a distribution plan to ensure content reaches the target audience through various channels, including social media, email marketing and industry publications
Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate the impact of content marketing on business objectives
