The PositionMWI is seeking a Paid Media Manager to manage all search engine marketing and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. This individual should possess high quality strategic and executional capabilities in the paid search media realm for clients of scale. As a paid media mastermind, you will plan, manage and optimize portions of our clients’ online marketing programs. The position will report to the Director of Paid Media and work closely with the MWI strategy, marketing and account teams to deliver superior results for our clients.ResponsibilitiesOptimize campaign performance against established KPIsTrack, measure and report online marketing performanceEvaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunitiesCollaborate with clients and internal teams on a regular basisManage budgets and bids for multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook AdsProvide constructive feedback regarding landing page performance / conversion rate optimizationWork with clients and internal stakeholders to implement new campaigns and strategiesPerform traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources / mediumsRequirementsHave at least 2 years of Paid Search experienceHold a current Google Ads CertificationExpert knowledge and experience working with Google Ads & Bing Ads ManagerKnowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools a plusAdvanced knowledge of Excel, and Google AnalyticsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisionsHard-working, creative and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketingQualified applicants should possess the ability to independently develop ideas and strategies that lead to success and the growth of our client’s marketing programsStrong communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive compensationTremendous growth opportunitiesExciting, fast paced work environmentMedical, dental and vision coveragePaid PTOOpportunity to work from home401KBonus and Commission Available
