The candidate should be fully comfortable navigating Adobe Illustrator and the Microsoft Office 365 suiteWe are looking for someone with at least 2 years of design experienceA bonus would be having experience specifically in pre-press design and printingYears of experience in graphic design and/or Bachelor's Degree in graphic designProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft 365 Office SuiteUnderstanding of color theory and color-matching techniquesExcellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skillsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsA background in pre-press design and knowledge of printing processesExperience working for a promotional companyReliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for ensuring high-quality color-matching, updating previously designed materials, and ensuring all designs are satisfying best printing practicesEnsure high-quality color-matching and maintain consistency in color throughout all printed materialsUpdate and modify previous designs based on the client's needs or project requirementsWork collaboratively with other designers, production teams, and management to ensure all projects are completed on time and to client specificationsReview final designs and layouts for errors before printing, ensuring that all files are print-ready and meet industry standardsDevelop understanding of digital printing needs and adjusting files for different components/substratesBenefits
