Key Responsibilities:• Design Development: Develop user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.• Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders including product managers, engineers, and customers to create seamless and effective web applications.• User Research: Conduct user research to understand pain points and improve the overall user experience.• Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes, wireframes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback.• Design Execution: Implement modern UX design principles, maintain design system and methodologies to ensure a great user experience.• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.

Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in designing SaaS/Web applications.• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work. Experience maintaining a design system and implementing it with relative CSS units• - REM, EM, %• Experience building desktop-first designs with consideration for laptop to ultra-wide screen sizes.• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind framework, and front-end development is a plus.• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.

Salary Range:• Base salary between $90k and $130k plus bonus eligible

Workplace Policy:

NYC, Dallas, and London office-based positions: Trepp's offices follows a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
