Full-timeResponsibilities:Creation and implementation of highly effective performance campaigns to attract players;Setting up, launching and continuous optimization of campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms;Daily monitoring of performance indicators (CPI, CPA, ROI), conducting A/B tests and optimization based on data;Effective distribution of the advertising budget in order to maximize LTV and reduce the cost of attracting players;Ensuring compliance of advertising campaigns with legal requirements;Research and implementation of new traffic acquisition channels, testing new strategies and advertising formats;Building a calculated funnel of media activity to lay the groundwork for the feasibility of marketing actions;Understanding the evaluation of the results of marketing activity and the ability to use SEO tools.Minimum Requirements:Experience and knowledge of the specifics of the iGaming sphere;At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of digital marketing;Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, analytical platforms (Google Analytics), as well as experience working with RTB platforms and DSP;Analytical skills: the ability to analyze key metrics and make decisions based on data;Project management skills;Technical knowledge: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, experience working with tracking systems and pixels, understanding of API and marketing automation.Additional Information:Office work in Limassol/remote;Full time job 5/2, flexible start of the working day;Holiday entitlement, paid sick leave;Additional 2 days off per month;Purchase of necessary working equipment;Fruits, snacks in the office;Training at the expense of the company;I agree to the processing of personal data.
