Marketing Manager

It is the responsibility of the Marketing Manager to serve as the internal champion of the Company’s product lines which align with the Hayes Company portfolio. The incumbent in this position must be able to function in a rapidly changing environment and possess the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The incumbent must possess a strong understanding of and the ability to utilize emerging digital marketing tools, including website and web content, social media and e-mail marketing. Strong brand building, product launch experience, planning/execution, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required to succeed in this challenging position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creation and execution of all marketing strategies, including website and digital marketing, advertising, sampling, promotional activities, and sales aids.Annual advertising budget working closely with internal and external stakeholders including finance, sales, marketing, and leadership.Ensure compliance with all current and future laws related to the Physician Payment “Sunshine Act” and AKS as it pertains to the transfer of value from Hayes to clinicians for continuing education purposes.Directing Hayes branded line and allocated resources to maximize dollar and unit sales and gross profit, achieving or exceeding annual budget goals for both.Responsible for ensuring all product packaging design and labeling is correct for the product and market and conforms to all regulations and product requirements.Responsible for ensuring product quality is maintained by working closely with QA to determine key QA quality parameters for product(s).Conceive, implement, and measure data mining, targeted database (digital, non-digital, e-mail) direct marketing initiatives.Responsible, either alone or as partner to others, for field sales product training content relative to product lines and the procedures in which they are used.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
