UCPath is the University of California's shared services center in Riverside, CA. UCPath manages the payroll, benefits, and other human resources transactions for more than 200,000 UC employees. The Senior Instructional Designer and Trainer serves as lead and subject matter expert in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of training for UCPath, focusing on technical training for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and other integrated systems technology.Key Responsibilities
50% Assesses, designs, develops and delivers curriculum, overseeing development and delivery with a focus on technical training.25% Applies advanced professional training and development skills to conduct needs assessments and resolve complex performance and training issues.25% Reviews and validates content with subject matter experts and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as required.Experience
Required Qualifications:Min 8 years training, content development, instructional design or related experience.Skills and Abilities
Required Qualifications:Demonstrated training or content development experience for ERP systems.Strong user of business software including eLearning software, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.Prior experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 for HR modules.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Highly self-motivated and directed.Education:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Systems, Business Administration, HR or related area.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in related area.Salary Grade:
Grade 23Payscale:
$104,000 - $118,000Benefits:
