We provide a comprehensive lead tracking solution for marketers - one place to track all leads.Summary:As we continue to expand, we’re on the hunt for a top-performing SaaS UX/UI Designer who will be a key player in taking WhatConverts from 20,000 customers to 200,000 and beyond! Your expertise will help shape the future of our platform and ensure our solutions are engaging and user-friendly.In this role, you’ll work closely with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and enhance our SaaS products. We're seeking someone who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences, with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing interfaces that enhance both customer satisfaction and company growth.What you'll do:Lead the UX/UI design process for our SaaS products, from conceptualization to final implementationConduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designsCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasShape company strategy by transforming analyses into actionable design prototypesDevelop solutions that are visually appealing and align with our design systemStay up-to-date with UX design trends and digital marketing practicesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesSkills and qualifications:3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital productsProficiency with prototype tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDUnderstanding of Atomic Design and Design SystemsProven ability to implement and update products and features, balancing business and customer needsExperience with UX research and a customer-focused approachExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCompany benefits/perks:Remote first company
