All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.JOB SUMMARYThe Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for building all the brands of the company and thus leads and manages the social media and influencer marketing consistent with the Marketing Department’s strategic projects and company’s business objectives.
This job role will be responsible but not limited to optimizing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), executing digital marketing activities, managing brand presence on social platforms, and developing an evergreen influencer strategy to support all brands. This includes leading and recommending new and creative growth strategies through social media and influencer marketing, identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, measuring effectiveness of all campaigns against return on investments (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and staying ahead of relevant social media best practices and emerging trends.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSocial Media (Organic)
Lead the development and execution of social media strategies in partnership with creative agencies on channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
Drive alignment meetings with Brand teams, influencers, and creative agencies to conceptualize and create engaging campaign content.
Manage asset requests for social content and coordinate photo shoots with creative agencies, restaurants, and events.
Manage the editorial strategy, process, and execution, ensuring quality assurance of photos, videos, and copy.
Oversee and supervise Community Management for all digital channels in collaboration with Customer Service and Operations teams.
Manage content calendars, reporting, optimization, and tracking metrics for all brands.
Keep brand teams informed about industry changes and new developments in social media.
Influencer Marketing
Manage the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Act as the primary point of contact for executing influencer campaigns with creative and PR agencies.
Manage influencer and content creator budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor rate cards against budget forecasts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
Analyze campaign performance against established KPIs.
Build and scale new influencer programs and drive impact across all social channels.
Analytics Reporting
Drive weekly/monthly social media and influencer reporting.
Manage social media and influencer reporting processes with cross-functional partners.
Refine and evolve campaign reporting to meet the needs of all partners.
Generate analytical insights to support leadership teams.

JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation
At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience
At least 5-6 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing.
1-3 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry preferred.
Strong understanding of pop culture and trends on social media.
Experience with social media management/listening tools preferred.
Proven track record of managing successful social media and influencer campaigns.
Solid knowledge in social media and marketing analytics.
Experience in leading strategic initiatives across teams preferred.
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
