The Marketing Specialist works under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications, and is responsible for coordinating, executing, tracking, and analyzing internal and external marketing, promotions, and social media initiatives, patient-facing communications, and intentional activities designed to engage patients and the community, and support strategic organizational goals as well as support cross functional collaboration across the organization.Duties include but are not limited to:Develop creative content with an attention to detail to be used for patient and community-facing content such as, but not limited to; all social media channels, promotional campaigns, blogs, web pages, press releases, patient emails, video scripting, internal communications, print advertising, digital ads, flyers for patients, newsletters, and other projects as assigned.Proactively seek out patient, community, and promotional content opportunities such as patient stories and testimonials, employee stories, new services, new innovations, health topics, etc., throughout the organization and communities served.Design and implement testing strategies to understand patient behavior and provide analytical insights to help develop and plan creative and effective social media, marketing, and promotions campaigns or other patient and community-focused initiatives.Analyze, develop reports, and present on the campaign results with recommendations for future strategy. Create, maintain, and distribute monthly data reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding current patients, new patients, content creation, website traffic, and other KPIs.Execute marketing and communications plans, programs, or other initiatives assigned. Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are executed on time.Frequently assess and reprioritize workload with proactive updates to management and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills as needed.Develop, execute, and manage the content strategy, and online engagement, across all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social forums, as necessary with the goal to increase overall patient and new patient engagement and growth of TrueCare’s social media channels.Produce and edit videos, photos, live feeds, and other options as directed.Represent the department on committees such as health fairs, clinical initiatives, events, etc. Ability to work outside of traditional working hours and travel to other locations such as offsite events and other clinic locations.Maintain the organization’s brand and act as brand ambassador. Enforce key messaging across all channels such as website, print materials, collaterals, newsletters, social media, online, and other outlets.Manage and ensure brand standards are maintained both internally and externally. This includes collaborating with vendors to get quotes and assist in coordinating installation and delivery of branded materials.Collaborate with internal providers and other organizational experts to identify and coordinate speakers and writers for media pitch opportunities.Connect and collaborate with media contacts with the goal of securing coverage, as assigned.Proactively keep up to date on industry trends, news, marketing trends, and other relevant information.You’ll be considered qualified if:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.At least two (2) years of professional marketing experience.At least one (1) year of healthcare experience.Solid writing and proofreading skills.Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.Availability to travel and/or work occasionally outside of normal shifts (e.g., 8am to 5pm).Computer proficiency with such as, but not limited to; social media applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress Websites, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.Licenses Required:Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.Benefits include:Low-Cost Health, Dental and Vision Benefits403B w. 3% Match after 1 Year of Service3 Weeks Paid Time Off10 Paid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementPlease submit your updated resume for IMMEDIATE consideration. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
