Job Description
Prestwick House is looking for a results-oriented sales representative with experience in driving results and a focus on developing prospect schools and districts into long-term dedicated customers. The Inside Sales Representative will support the organization through following up on inbound leads and making outbound contacts with schools across the country via phone, email, and web meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Preplanning a daily schedule of sales calls and meetings
Contact teachers, department chairs, and district personnel via phone and email to discuss Prestwick House's educational programs
Build relationships with leads that have responded to email outreach, nurture existing customers with growth potential, and engage in other prospecting means to identify new opportunities
Close sales and achieve monthly sales quotas
Provide product recommendations and insights, demonstrating how our solutions meet customer needs
Use Salesforce to manage leads, maintain accurate records, and track sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support
Limited travel as required by specific projects
