Azusa Solutions has an immediate need for a Web Developer to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

*This position offers options for working from home. Candidate must be local to the DC/MD/NoVA area.

Description:Full-stack Web developer to:Design, build, and test a web-based applicationEdit site content for various componentsMaintain website standards and comply with predefined design guidelinesUtilize best practices in web screen design and learn about different middleware platforms to source and update data through web screens as specified in functional requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experienceProficient in React.js and NodeJSProficient in SQLProficient understanding of HTML5 and CSS3Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworksExperience building and working with RESTful web servicesFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD, Jenkins, Gitlab-CIKnowledge of image authoring tools, ability to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an imageUnderstanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around themBasic understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitExperience working with open source software

Preferred Qualifications;

Proficient in working with relational databases (Postgres and MySQL preferred)Experience with AWS containerizationExperience working with a content management system such as Drupal to create, manage, and theme contentExperience working in Unix/Linux environment508 compliance development

Clearance:Active/current Top Secret clearance required.

Pay and Benefit Information:Pay Range $150,000 - $170,000The pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, clearance level, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
