Job Summary

The

Field Marketing Assistant

is responsible for implementing and promoting the i9 Sports brand identity to the community through guerilla marketing tactics & in-person event hosting. The primary function of this role is to educate potential customers about our programs and to build our membership/registration base.

Responsibilities

Assisting with marketing plan tasks and developmentBuilding relationships & driving brand awareness with local business owners, community members, and schoolsExecuting guerilla marketing strategies including road signs, flyers, and in-person eventsCoordinating with local businesses and organizations to schedule events.Interacting with the public and educating them on the i9 Sports ExperienceConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualifications/Requirements

Excellent communication skillsHighly motivated self-starter; can work independentlyBasic understanding of marketing and promotionsAbility to work off-hours and weekendsAt least 20 Hours of weekly availabilityReliable personal transportation with cargo capabilitiesMust be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
