The Digital Strategy and Communication Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital strategy, ensuring that our online and print presence aligns with our brand and mission. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and creative flair to enhance user experience, optimize digital content, and drive engagement through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory:
Advise on shaping and executing digital strategic objectives, goals, and tactics.
Provide insights and recommendations on technology and digital-oriented innovations.
Branding and Content Management:
Implement and maintain consistent branding across digital and print products.
Oversee web presence and digital content production, ensuring an optimized user experience.
User Experience Optimization:
Conduct visitor testing to inform strategy and execution.
Create a cohesive and interactive digital experience for users.
Mobile App Oversight:
Advise on technical innovation, content, and branding for the museum’s mobile app.
Analytics and Performance:
Evaluate digital analytics and implement strategic improvements to enhance digital performance.
Play a significant role in managing the museum’s digital marketing efforts.
Campaign Development:
Develop creative strategies and visuals for digital campaigns and advertising.
Ensure digital campaigns are aligned with overall museum goals and effectively engage target audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in digital strategy development, technology innovation, and content management.
Strong understanding of web design, user experience, and digital marketing principles.
Proficiency in analytics tools, digital marketing platforms, and content management systems.
Excellent creative and visual skills, with experience in developing digital campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
