You'll be our technical guru who understands data and platform infrastructure technology inside-out, and most importantly how that delivers on the pains and needs of technical buyers and stakeholders.

Klaviyo's primary buyer today is Marketing teams, and as we continue to deliver value for our customers and work with larger and larger enterprise customers, how we position and message our data and platform infrastructure becomes crucial.

How You'll Make a Difference

Crafting differentiated positioning and messaging for our core data and platform infrastructure

Partnering with the Product team as the voice of our customers, GTM teams, and the market to help shape product roadmaps

Launching new, innovative features into market that cut through the noisy landscape

Understanding the market landscape of the customer data infrastructure and platform space – including TAM/SAM, competitors, packaging & pricing, and much more

Building core sales and marketing assets such as pitch decks, enablement trainings, and core messaging for technical content

Being an SME for our Sales teams in strategic deals that require deep technical information and engagement with technical stakeholders

Who You Are

6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for a highly technical product or time spent as a sales or solutions engineer

Deep understanding of data and platform infrastructure technologies and the landscape of vendors in the space

Can hold your own in conversations with our Product team as well as technical buyers

Have examples of how you positioned/messaged to prospective customers to cut through the noise and differentiated your product or service

Love and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience in e-commerce and retail industries a big plus
