Blackstone Agency’s Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in all things relating to project management, marketing, administration, and content curation. The Marketing Assistant works with the crew to ensure client projects and tasks are on point, on time, and accurate.

The perfect candidate is someone who is looking to grow all aspects of marketing, wants hands-on experience in various marketing efforts, and is looking to establish a career in marketing. Blackstone Agency is a smaller but well-established agency with several long-term established clients.

Responsibilities include:

Assists in various aspects of daily operations of the agency

Collaborates on specific needs for client projects

Updates and manages client reports and projects

Assists and curates social media content; includes content calendar creation, client approval, publishing content, and reporting on effectiveness

Keeps up with social media platform best practices and trends, ensuring they are implemented at all times on client work

Proactively recommends new innovative solutions or creative opportunities that will take our clients to the next level

Qualifications:

A 2-year degree or experience in marketing, communication, advertising, or a related field

Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow

Knowledge of the marine and aviation industry is a plus

Experience with social media publishing and reporting tools

Extreme attention to detail, very strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Facebook Manager and campaign creation

Exceptional people skills focused on relationships, communication, follow-up, and collaboration

Ability to handle multiple priorities, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Manage multiple clients’ online presence across various digital platforms

The ability to align copy and graphics to drive engagement and achieve client key performance indicators

Graphic design experience is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
