LOCATION:

This position is onsite, office-based in Atlanta, GA (hybrid model - 3 days remote / 2 days in office- Tuesday & Wednesday)

JOB SUMMARY

The National Director of Partnership Marketing is responsible for leading integrated marketing and communications for BGCA’s premier initiatives and partnerships to advance brand equity and establish BGCA as a leading advocate for youth. This position oversees all partnership marketing efforts, provides supervision and coaching to 4-6 direct reports, and serves in a leadership capacity on behalf of the marketing & communications division internally and externally.

Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMarketing & Communications

Leads integrated marketing strategies to advance the brand, demonstrate the impact of the Club experience and position BGCA as an expert in the youth development space.

Actively identifies opportunities to advance organizational goals through leadership and delivery of strategy, planning and execution to produce best-in-class campaigns.

Provides direction and oversight to internal teams, subject matter experts, external partners, agencies and vendors that ensure delivery of results on-time and on-budget.

Oversees integrated marketing efforts on behalf of youth development and resource development partnerships portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and messaging in all external-facing marketing and communications.

Responsible for marketing communications efforts on behalf of initiatives and partnerships, including public relations, events, social and digital, storytelling/content development, brand, advocacy and advertising efforts.

Builds ongoing relationships with key leaders and stakeholders within BGCA, integrating workstreams and campaigns cross-functionally.

Stays current on data, trends, competitive landscape and best practices related to marketing communications and youth development.

Partnerships

Leads & oversees development and implementation of annual partnership marketing plans.

Oversees all partnerships through supervision of 4-6 direct reports and collaborative leadership with other M&C staff supporting partnerships.

Liaises with professionals at all levels within BGCA and corporate partnership teams.

Leads with integrity to ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship contracts and agreements.

Collaborates with the resource development team to secure new partnerships and renew relationships.

Leadership

Serves as leader of the partnership marketing team, developing and implementing plans and processes.

Serves as a leader within the M&C division, contributing to the annual strategy, plan and goals.

Serves as a leader within the organization, demonstrating BGCA mission-driven values.

Positively represents the brand in all interactions.

Participates in additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

Adheres to organizational policies and procedures.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED

Direct supervisory responsibility over director level, managerial level, and individual contributor level employees.

Qualifications:EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, business administration and/or similar degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Strong experience leading integrated marketing plans and producing high quality execution.

Service-oriented mind-set with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven track record in building productive professional relationships.

ENVIRONMENTAL & WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal internal working environment.

Approximately 20% travel.
