24500689390905Job DescriptionThe Department of Physical Education, Recreation and Dance is seeking an Assistant Director, Marketing & Communications, to fill a leadership role within the department. As a member of the Senior Management Team, this position is responsible for the execution of marketing and communication activities connected to meeting PERD's mission and goals. This position works with staff to implement and evaluate departmental communications, manage community affairs and engagement, and develop and disseminate/fulfill marketing, branding and sponsorships. The AD, Marketing also helps oversee the department's strategic planning process and is responsible for developing campaigns designed to help PERD's units achieve these goals.
