Creative Coordinator
Summary: This role involves providing crucial support to producers and acting as a key point of contact for clients, handling project requests from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset, with a professional and positive attitude.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with supervising producers to monitor project timelines and meet deadlines.
Manage client requests, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of all tasks.
Conduct quality control checks on all materials before submission to clients.
Coordinate design requests, ensuring effective communication between clients and the graphics team.
Work closely with the finishing team to maintain organization and uphold quality standards throughout the project.
Handle the booking, scheduling, and payment of voiceover artists as needed.
Attend meetings and client calls, taking comprehensive notes and distributing them to relevant teams.
Maintain project schedules and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
Manage client-supplied materials, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
Anticipate project needs and address potential issues proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in the entertainment or advertising industry is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach to tasks.
A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
Proficiency in Filemaker Pro and Microsoft Office; knowledge of post-production processes is a plus.
