Reform is seeking a motivated and creative Design Consultant (Part-time) to join our team in La Jolla at UTC Westfield. If you have a passion for design and a knack for helping clients realize their vision, this is the perfect role for you!

In this position, you will report to the Regional Manager and be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service and design assistance to clients looking to enhance their kitchen spaces with Reform's unique offerings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-store and online consultations, offering expert advice on design, color choices, and spatial planning.Engage positively with clients, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed effectively.Manage phone inquiries and email communications promptly.Maintain an organized database of clients for continuous excellent service.Perform daily showroom tasks to keep the display immaculate and inviting.Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or design preferred.Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends.Strong communication and listening skills to connect Reform's products with clients' needs.Physical capability to handle merchandise and perform varied tasks.Proficiency in computer systems including Mac, PC, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.We are excited to meet potential candidates who are passionate about design and customer service!
