This team is working to accelerate the pace at which we expand internationally and stay flexible to explore alternative channels of business as well as new markets to enter. The ICE Labs and International team is at the forefront of new growth opportunities for Talking Rain. This role will drive product development from concept to launch, and provide marketing support and general business management to Talking Rain’s International operations.In this role, you will work with Talking Rain’s international business partners as well as the international sales team to develop strategies, develop products, and support Talking Rain’s partners in Canada, UK/Ireland, Central America, and other markets across the globe.Reports to: Director, Innovation & International ProductsDirect Reports: N/ALocation: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 4 days a weekBase Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.Work with global partners and Sales teams on annual goal setting, long-term strategy development, and operational needs support.Collaborate with global partners on the identification of new products to grow individual country portfolios.Partner with the Insights team to create a business rationale for new product expansion as well as potential market expansion opportunities.Be the point person to work with R&D and other cross-functional teams on the development of products that meet country needs and in-market timetables.Build a quarterly marketing “best practices” program that links international partners with Talking Rain’s US Marketing teams to share learnings and activities that may be of value for global use.Develop annual review of US campaigns and provide direction on leveraging successes within each market.Ensure international partners maintain and uphold brand guidelines.Drive the creation, development, and management of creative/marketing assets needed by the country, consulting on and approving assets developed in the country, and partnering with legal to ensure that they are compliant with Talking Rain brand standards.Support the development of short and long-term strategies for international business, existing and new.Foster a collaborative culture of trust, accountability, and top performance.Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying the immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.Complete other responsibilities as assigned.WHAT YOU BRING

4-6 years of Project Management experience, including commercialization, ideally in Consumer Products or CPG company. Relevant other company experiences will be considered.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Program Management or equivalent experience.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Power-user in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Great with PowerPoint, building professional, on-brand presentations.Experience working on International Operations and/or with International Product Development and launch.Your commitment to excellence is second to none, with an exceptionally high attention to detail.You always take the initiative and are a self-starter, which means you are stellar at prioritization, and time management and apply a solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting.You are comfortable navigating all levels of the organization and knowing your audience.You’re flexible and embrace change.
