Core services include Search Engine Optimization, Pay-Per-Click Management, Paid Social Advertising, Display Advertising, Landing Page Development/Testing and Google Analytics consulting.
We are currently looking for a full-time
Director of SEO . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in search engine optimization (SEO), be data-driven, and have proven success managing numerous SEO clients.
This position will be responsible for leading the SEO channel at the agency. This includes managing a small team, being the expert at our agency for our largest clients and creating, implementing and improving the service at the agency.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, with 1 day per week work from home and 4 days per week in office, located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.

Key Responsibilities of the Director of SEO:
Create, implement and improve SEO service at the agency
Hire, develop and manage a team
Develop optimization strategies that improve clients' website search engine rankings.
Proactively identify and implement improvements and optimizations for ongoing campaigns.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to uncover opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
Perform competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing our SEO and content strategies.
Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring optimal crawling, indexing, and ranking.
Create compelling, high-quality website content, including blog posts, page titles, and descriptions, to enhance search engine visibility.
Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and overall search engine rankings.
Coordinate content creation through an editorial calendar, blog outlines, and trends research.
Update website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Generate detailed campaign reports to track and analyze performance.
What you need to be successful:
5-10 years’ experience in organic search engine optimization
3-5 years’ experience managing direct reports
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Search
Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must have the ability to multi-task and work within firm deadlines
Agency experience or experience working with multiple advertisers a plus
