How You'll Make An Impact:The Growth Marketer for Bushel will play a vital role in the growth strategy and success of our products. You will work closely with the Product Marketer and Product Managers to drive Bushel's product growth by analyzing user data and identifying innovations that resonate with market demands, especially for our Farm business... We're looking for a self-starter with a passion for research, testing and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a robust background using product-led growth tools to monitor customer usage, determine needed or proposed product enhancements and execute these enhancements to achieve maximum product growth.The Growth Marketer will work very closely with our Product Marketer to show customers what our products can do for them, monitor how our customers are currently using the products and work with our Product Managers to gather requirements needed to make changes and improvements.Develop, deploy and monitor product enhancement features to drive product growth using product experience platform tools (i.e Pendo). Identify potential growth opportunities through data-driven insights.Develop and implement growth strategies for product engagement and user retention.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to design and execute experiments.Partner with Product Marketer to evangelize Bushel's product features and enhancement options to further grow product adoption and user retention.Collaborate with Product Marketer to stay abreast of product-led growth trends and establish Bushel's value proposition.
