Participation in the firm’s bonus program.Job DetailsPrimary Responsibilities: Develop and manage building and system concepts, ensuring comprehensive documentation from schematic design through construction administration, within the assigned discipline. Serve as the discipline team leader for small to medium-sized projects when designated. Supervise and guide project team members within the discipline. Prepare and track project status reports. Conduct research on materials and products as needed for project development. Perform and document code research required for the project. Attend and participate in project meetings as necessary. Collaborate with other discipline team leaders to ensure cohesive project execution. Review and interpret project documents and submittals during bidding and construction administration phases. Oversee staff to ensure high-quality architectural and engineering services within a collaborative project team environment.Required: Bachelor's degree preferred; licensure is a plus. LEED Accreditation is desirable. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering (A/E) industry is preferred.
