How you’ll strengthen the team:Our team is looking for someone who can partner with Creative, Account, and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives. Beyond that, here’s how you’ll make your mark:Lead client engagements in partnership with Account DirectorsLead Creative to conceive and create the most compelling on-strategy marketing ideas and executions possibleManage and own creative output across design, copy and UX on assigned engagementsPartner with Account & Strategy to strengthen engagement strategies and Creative BriefsSuccessfully lead creative output for business development opportunities & pitch as necessaryAlign creative work against strategy & business objectivesDeliver fluent knowledge of interactive and print capabilities, animation and user experienceManage group of direct reports (Design, Copy) and actively participate in review processShepherd creative deliverables through obstacles internal and external, prioritizing qualityHell yes, I want to do all of that. What you’re bringing with you:Across 6-10+ years of agency experience, you know what it takes to slay creative copy development. These are the core skills you’ve totally nailed:Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries is a mustExperience working on HCP and DTC (mandatory)Launch brand experience is a mustExperience working on a Women’s Health brand is a plusAbility to understand the “big picture” of the project and how it fits with the full consumer experience and client expectationsExperience mentoring creative teams with objective guidance and feedback.Ability to develop, present and sell creative concepts for clientsSignificant portfolio of cross-channel advertising campaign developmentFlexibility, good judgment, and attention to detailStrong management and supervisory skillsProven problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and sense of humor essentialAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Compensation Range: $98,500- $165,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
