Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.PRIMARY PURPOSE:The Executive Director of Regional Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across all MGM Resorts regional properties and channels (email, direct mail, web, mobile app). This role is pivotal in defining and implementing best practices and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and optimization of marketing efforts and resources. Acting as a key liaison between regional property strategy partners and supporting departments, the Executive Director will drive the alignment of marketing strategy execution with overall business objectives. The Executive Director will foster strong, collaborative relationships with property, loyalty marketing, strategy, and analytics teams to enhance engagement and drive results.Leads the strategic execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, web, mobile app) across all regional properties, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer engagement strategies.Leads the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, conducting rigorous testing to refine approaches, and ensuring the seamless integration of campaigns and data across various channels.Oversees the final deployment of marketing campaigns to customers, ensuring the team conducts thorough error checks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness across all channels.Defines and implements best practices for database segmentation and customer engagement processes, optimizing marketing efforts and resource utilization across all regional properties.Trains and mentors managers and specialists to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing campaigns, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Collaborates with Commercial Analytics, Data Science, IT, and Digital teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless campaign execution and data integration.Conducts rigorous spot-checking within campaigns to ensure compliance with established rules and standards, maintaining high-quality execution.Manages test-and-learn processes to ensure proper setup and analysis can be performed and implements changes based on key learnings to enhance future marketing efforts and drive innovation.Develops and maintains offer tables for regional properties, ensuring consistency and accuracy in campaign offers across all channels.Works closely with regional properties to assemble compelling copy and creative assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness across email, direct mail, web, and mobile app channels.Operationalizes successful personalization pilots across regional properties, leveraging insights from the personalization team to enhance customer engagement and drive results.Provides leadership and coaching to employees, identifying personal goals and developmental needs, ensuring completion of required training, and conducting periodic performance evaluations.Fosters a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.Leads quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that support the company’s diversity commitment.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience4+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Leading Marketing OperationsAre you ready to
