As a

Regional Field Marketing Manager

for Cirkul, you will lead and execute marketing and consumer activation strategies across a designated region. This role is responsible for managing a remote team of Field Market Representatives and Field Market Manager, ensuring the successful implementation of regional marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement through demonstration, education, and activation. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing regional field teams, optimizing in-market activations, and adapting to strategies to meet regional market demands. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a leader who can drive team culture while navigating ambiguity and change in a high-growth environment. This role will play a crucial part in establishing our brand in the market and ensuring our products resonate with consumers.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results:

Develop Regional Event Strategy -

Build and lead regional event and activation strategy to align with the overall company’s objectives and goals

Lead The Team -

Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing field team by setting clear expectations, fostering collaboration, and providing on-going support to ensure the collective efforts translate into achieving regional marketing goals.

Ensure Operational Efficiency -

Oversee all aspects of operational processes including budget adherence, inventory controls, and enforcing policies and procedures intended to maintain brand and team safety standards.

Taking Ownership:

Implement and oversee regional marketing activities, plan and oversee regional marketing budget by monitoring expenses and ROI for all activities.

Making Decisions:

Identify and assess brand appropriate opportunities, address challenges, provide actionable insights to optimize regional strategies

Cultivating Relationships:

Lead and inspire a regional marketing team, including field marketing representatives and event staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success. Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers and key stakeholders both internally and externally

Instilling Trust:

Plan, track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing activities and ensure that all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines, company policies, and local regulations.

Customer Focus:

Partnership Development -

Establish and nurture partnerships with regional businesses, influencers, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Retail Strategy

- Collaborate with the retail team to execute regional in-store marketing initiatives. This includes in-store demonstrations and merchandising initiatives.

What background should you have?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven ability to manage and mentor a regional team in diverse geographical locations by providing guidance, support and development opportunities to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.

A strong foundational ability to lead operations and strategies for field, event, and retail marketing, preferably in the beverage or consumer products industries.

Collaborative team player who leads by example, fostering a positive environment and actively engaging with team members to drive success.

Proficient in Google Suite

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Passionate about building a high-performing, results driven team.

Proficiency with managing a field marketing budget.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Willingness to travel within the region up to 50% of the time with bi-monthly travel to HQ.
