Minimum Qualifications:

BA in Marketing or related field

2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment

Position Summary:

This role will report directly to the Senior Social Media & Community Manager. The Social Media Project Coordinator will be involved in helping to manage day-to-day social media activities across a variety of platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. The Social Media Project Coordinator will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to help keep all social media activations on time.

Job Description:

Assist the Mobile eXperience (MX) Social Media team in the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B campaigns. Work closely with the cross-functional MX Marketing team in coordinating organic social campaigns across social media platforms.

General Duties:

Overall support MX Social Media strategy team in coordinating daily reviews of all B2C and B2B social media posts

Assist with community management to help close out comments in Sprinklr

Work with cross-functional teams to drive timely reviews and feedback on all posts prior to going live

Consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders in a timely manner in coordination with Agency partner

Coordinate approvals for employees to post content on their own social media platforms

Organize and manage multiple sources of content and partner creative assets

Ensure timely transfer of assets to Agency partner

Help maintain the monthly posting calendar in coordination with Agency partner to ensure proper posting cadence

Help monitor social trends and generate ideas for opportunities for Samsung Mobile engagement

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree required

Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects

Self-starter with focused work ethic and superior organization skills
