Key to this role will be the ability to support the planning and implementation of Influencer initiatives. They will work with a team of experts on influencer sourcing, program development, and program execution of cross-platform influencer brand integrations. They will assist in coordination of specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media.The Jr. Coordinator will be part of a strong, high-performing team with room for growth opportunities, and they must demonstrate an eagerness to learn. They will have strong organizational skills, take initiative, lead with problem-solving, and have a knack for creative thinking. Assisting with all execution steps of the influencer programming process, i.e identification, vetting, outreach, management, and wrap reports of all influencer partnershipsProviding client service and cross-team support by attending meetings and taking detailed notes, developing meeting agendas, recaps, and key takeawaysDeveloping, editing and proofreading materials, including influencer and client correspondence, influencer briefs, contracts and other materials for internal review and approvalUnderstanding client’s business, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors in the marketplace, and is able to creatively offer solutions or ideas related to their business goals and objectivesEffectively collaborates with account, integrated agency partners and cross-disciplinary team members including Account, Project Management, Planning, Creative, Production, Influencer, Media, Analytics and moreContribute to the performance appraisal process for peers, managers, and internsStaying on top of culture, and is constantly consuming news and social media in order to predict trends and use those to inform the workDemonstrates behaviors consistent with Edible Inc’s values, Code of Ethics and Business ConductBasic Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications

At least 0-6 months’ internship experience in Communications and/or related fieldsAbility to provide support on multiple small and mid-sized influencer projectStrong writing skills and ability to interact with internal teams professionally, and maintain relationships with influencers, agents, and managersBasic understanding of metrics and ability to gather those into comprehensive snapshots for clients/teamsProficiency with Microsoft office, excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlinesPassionate about the role influencers can play in an integrated marketing planInterest and expertise of food and industry trends (social, digital, tech, cultural) and relative best practices across organic and branded contentThrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work effectively across a specific set of accountsBasic research and project management skillsSuperior verbal communication skillsPositive, collaborative attitude

$40,000 - $50,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.#LI-CA1
