Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director in Spring Arbor of Wilson, NC to lead our community’s sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with referral sources. You will also ensure that occupancy goals are met by generating leads and coordinating move-ins, all while promoting a positive community image.

WHAT YOU WILL DO!
Host and attend community events and develop positive community relations
Strategize with ED to determine and implement advertising campaigns
Respond and follow up to inquiries in a positive and timely manner
Develop pre-call plans and external sales route plans
Coordinate move-ins, including ensuring room readiness, new resident welcome process, furniture details, and initial communication with responsible parties
Research and maintain information on local competition including rates, specials, services, etc.
WHO WE WANT!
Must be 18 years of age or older
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of the local market preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to travel
Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or service environment preferred
Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
