Technical Producer II

on the Game Engine team, supporting Player Experience, you will lead a team to deliver crucial portions of the core engine that is used to develop League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and future titles we build within League Studio.You will be the custodian of strong delivery processes internal to the team and ensure that collaboration with external teams runs smoothly. You will oversee product backlogs, delivery, building work systems, maintaining execution, and providing initiative leadership with visibility on complex deliverables. You will also ensure the team works at a sustainable pace and continuously improves. You will report to the Director of Technical Production for the Hextech department within Tech Foundations.Responsibilities

Run the day to day production, operation, and development processes for the teamImprove work systems, team performance metrics, and goal settingAssess the team's health and composition to ensure that the team is set up for successIncrease efficiency in how we do development through simplification and standardizationGauge feasibility of product roadmap and partner with product and engineering leaders to right-size product scope and timelinesPartner with the Product Lead, Engineering Manager, and Technical Lead to help develop the technical product vision and execute the development strategy for the teamCreate and contribute ideas to areas beyond your immediate ownership across different teams and disciplinesRequired Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large teamsExperience in game development or a good understanding of how artists, engineers, and game designers build assets and game features for a modern gameBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skillsExcellent team leadership and ability to execute technical product visionExperience applying Agile and Lean development processes such as Scrum, Kanban, or Extreme ProgrammingKnowledgeable in Jira use, configuration, and limitationsDesired Qualifications
