We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Producer to join our Content Team. The Content Team is responsible for developing, adapting, and producing multimedia anime content based on our IPs and geared towards a global audience.In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the production and development of high-quality anime content (both short-formats and long-formats), from concept to completion. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a talented creative team, including our Lead Writer, Producer, Head of Content, visual artists, and internal and external creative partners.We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Producer, with a strong background in production and the ability to think both creatively and strategically. Brainstorm original ideas and pitch new content projects internallyIdentify most suitable production resources to execute the projectsCollaborate closely with other creative/production members (i.e. directors, writers, storyboard artists, designers, etc.) throughout development and production phasesHave deep understanding of content production pipeline, the process and different production stages in the project, independently keep track and manage the project.Plan and manage production schedules and budgetMaintain brand consistency and IP lore across content formats and platforms.Build and manage relationships with external partnersExplore licensing opportunities with other external partiesWHO YOU ARE

Passionate about anime, with a strong creative enthusiasm for world-building.5+ years of experience producing filmed entertainment contents.Proven successful record within TV and film industry with a particular interest on game IP adaptations.Experience in Japanese anime production is a strong plus.Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented settingAbility to be discrete and maintain confidential informationUnderstanding of how to prioritize and respond accordinglyStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-taskCuriosity, grit and capacity to learn about the unknownsAbility to independently manage the whole project or several stages of a projectFamiliarity with web3 is a plus, but
