In this critical role, you will help shape the future of our digital presence, driving resident acquisition and retention through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve aggressive leasing goals. This includes identifying target audiences and crafting campaigns that resonates with each segment.Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including:
Paid Search: Develop and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic to our website and landing pages.Local SEO: Implement SEO best practices to improve our organic search ranking and increase website visibility.Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and foster resident engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.ILS: Drive innovation in Integrated Listing Services (ILS) by exploring and implementing cutting-edge strategies to optimize property listings and push the industry forward.Email marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, convert prospects, and engage with current residents.
Establish clear KPIs and track progress towards digital marketing goals. Analyze marketing campaign performance using marketing analytics tools to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results, translating data into actionable insights to inform future strategies.Own relationship with external agencies and vendors while fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.Stay attuned to the latest digital marketing trends and technologies (e.g., marketing automation, artificial intelligence, etc.) and implement them to optimize our online presence and resident experience.Maintain a keen eye on the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, actively researching and identifying new technologies and opportunities for growth.Partner effectively with internal teams (Digital Products, Portfolio Marketing, Marketing Analytics) and external agencies to ensure a cohesive digital experience.Work closely with the Digital Website Product team to develop an online presence and lead management strategy including the evolution of a best-in-class landing page strategy.Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to establish digital strategies and campaigns that deliver on each community’s engagement and occupancy goals.Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to leverage insights and drive data-driven marketing decisions across all digital channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and achieving marketing goals. Assist in the evolution of the data and analytics strategy to ensure effective measurement and continuous improvement.Secure optimal terms through negotiation, manage, and monitor all digital marketing contracts and purchase orders (POs), ensuring adherence to budget and identifying/addressing variances.Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship and coaching to develop their skills and expertise.Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.In-depth knowledge of digital media strategy, Local SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.Experience in developing and managing digital marketing budgets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to partner effectively across teams and stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $145,400.00 - $185,300.00Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.The Company also offers competitive benefits for full time employees including paid time off, matching 401(k), and health benefits.
