Overview:
The Vice President of Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty will lead the strategic vision and execution for all digital marketing, customer acquisition, and loyalty initiatives across the Americas region for SharkNinja, a leading global brand in home appliances and cleaning solutions. The Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty is pivotal in driving growth and consumer engagement, leveraging data, cutting-edge marketing technologies, and performance-driven strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to deliver targeted campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and enhance brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Performance Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the Americas region.
Oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Display Advertising, Programmatic, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing.
Set KPIs and benchmarks for growth, ensuring measurable success through data-driven decisions.
Lead the development of campaigns that optimize the digital customer journey, maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and improve overall digital channel performance.
Continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure SharkNinja remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Loyalty and Customer Retention
Design and implement innovative loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (CLV) and brand advocacy.
Collaborate with CRM and Customer Experience teams to create a seamless, personalized experience across digital touchpoints, ensuring loyalty program integration.
Leverage data and customer insights to segment audiences, creating tailored campaigns that increase engagement and retention.
Develop initiatives that foster customer loyalty, reward repeat purchases, and encourage product upsell and cross-sell.
Cross-Channel Optimization
Lead omnichannel marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across digital, social, mobile, and email platforms.
Optimize channel mix for customer acquisition and retention, allocating budgets to maximize impact across paid and organic channels.
Coordinate with e-commerce, retail, and global marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Drive innovation in creative and content strategies to enhance the consumer experience and engagement.
Leadership & Team Management
Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing and loyalty professionals, providing mentorship and career development opportunities.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within the team.
Partner with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and operations, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality results aligned with SharkNinja's goals.
Data & Analytics
Utilize advanced analytics and performance data to guide marketing strategies, ensuring data-driven optimization and continuous improvement.
Implement marketing technology solutions (e.g., DMPs, CDPs, CRM tools) to enhance targeting, reporting, and customer insights.
Drive predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization to deliver tailored marketing experiences at scale.
Collaborate with finance to establish accurate budget forecasts, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in leading performance marketing and loyalty initiatives, preferably within consumer products, e-commerce, or tech.
Strong experience in the Americas market, understanding regional nuances and consumer behavior trends.
Skills & Competencies
Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and Affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in marketing analytics, data management, and CRM systems; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of driving growth and delivering measurable business impact.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across various departments and with global stakeholders.
Reporting & Collaboration
Reports to the SVP Digital Experience, Americas.
Close collaboration with Product Development, Sales, E-commerce, Global Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
Direct management of regional digital marketing and loyalty teams across the Americas.
